Dem Beats though….

More images!

  • Art/Colorists!: There’s TONS of art to be made for this game… 500+. This will be budgeted towards obtaining more art resources and contractors for the project. Hiring the best artists, to do their best work! This too helps complete the project quicker, and gives the art a MUCH more polished look to make ReElise truly great.
  • Marketing: This is a difficult game to attempt to market, so there will be several hurdles and cost to overcome with such an odd title. Not to mention all the huge expenses for Cons (conventions) and costs associated with it…
  • Licensing and Publishing fees: Most have been paid for already, but, some sites require to pay a bit of cash just to upload content onto their site.
  • Rewards: Making sure that you lovely people get your rewards without difficulty
  • Programmers: Refining the programing is going to take things to the next level. More sets of eyes doing amazing technical work and trouble shooting will really take ReElise to the next level.

The number seems large, however this can literally change the face of gaming in the future (sort of blazing a trail), but ONLY if it’s done in a very credible way. Making this a big deal takes bigger money, I need your help!

To my gamers – Help me build a game studio with strange, diverse ideas with simple, flippin’ awesome gameplay and interesting, subversive stories to explore at the player’s pace. This can’t be something truly special without special people who want great games comes to the rescue! I know you just want great games in the end, and we’ll make them!

To my brothers and sisters in Christ – this is about reintroducing what a “Christian game” can be, while still displaying the attributes of Christ in non-conventional ways. I want you guys to be able to bring art back to the Body without being branded a heretic, and I need your support to start this dialogue on a large scale. I can’t inspire a new generation of creators without your resources… so let’s make it happen.

Currently the game has been built in RPG Maker VX. HOWEVER! An opportunity arose recently in which we can port over to another engine with far greater ease than any other on market.
That is the Eden Engine! It powered Citizens of Earth (Click to find out more), released in 2015 by Eden Industries and published by ATLUS, and is being used for their upcoming games as well.

If the Kickstarter is successful we’ll be using the easy to use yet powerful Eden Engine to bring ReElise to a whole new level (no pun intended). That means, much higher qualities of polish in all areas including gameplay with the ability to port to ALL other platforms. Let’s make this happen!

Platforms, NOT finalized, but available in proper season….

Just people who have been supporting me specifically on the project for the past 4 years… Love you guys so much! Please support these, they’re all awesome! ❤

Risks and challenges

Hassles with contractors, and other teammates. This isn’t necessarily a relational problem, but a human problem (stuff happens).

Another issue is time efficiency. Organizing contractors and other persons efficiently in order to maximize progress. It sounds simple, but can be an ongoing process, however I have been very successful with contractors in the past.

Another issue is partnering with new (yet more efficient) technology, is figuring out said technology. This may lead to delays, but will definitely result in a stronger product that’s able to port to many different platforms.

The important thing is to NOT place all of our eggs in one basket… or person. We have a pool of several hundred highly skilled artists from a previous project my friend started that we can pull from. I am acquainted with them… they just need to be paid.

He Wants All of You

god-wants-you

For such a long time, I thought giving God most of me was good enough. I thought since I prayed, attended church and would attempt to do what is right, that was enough for God. The reality is, God wants all of our lives, not just a part of it.

Partial obedience = disobedience. What does it mean to give God your all? It means to stop clinching your fists and to stretch out your hands to God. For so long, I put things, people, relationships, and careers over God. I thought if I was a little obedient, or if I took a short cut, I would still receive the promises of God. But, when God says obey, He will not settle for partial obedience. For this reason, anytime I would step out of the will of God; I would immediately be convicted and corrected. But anytime I was obedient, God truly blessed me beyond my belief.

Surrender. When you decide to give God your all, it requires surrendering every area of your life to Him. Even when it does not make sense, I have learned to obey Him. You know what really amazes me? Every time I let go of something, He usually gives it right back, but on a level that only God could be glorified.

Obedience is better than sacrifice. I love the passage in the Bible that speaks about Abraham preparing to sacrifice his one and only son. As soon as he prepares his son for sacrifice, God exclaims, “Do not lay a hand on the boy,” He said. “Do not do anything to him. Now I know that you fear God, because you have not withheld from me your son, your only son‚” (Genesis 22:12).

The angel of the Lord proclaimed, “I will surely bless you and make your descendants as numerous as the stars…your descendants will take possession of the cities of their enemies, and through your offspring all nations on earth will be blessed, because you have obeyed me” (Genesis 22:17-18). God is no different in our lives. The moment you follow Him, surrender, and let go, God promises peace and joy.

Jesus Christ

Jesus Christ:

By Brian Dominguez

Yes, there was a man born of flesh

Who overcame the world and all its tests

The only one worthy to be called His holiness

A royal king who spent His days with the poorest sects

The only man on whose flesh maggots cannot feast

Who took our sickness and sin, for love of you and me

Who proclaimed, to be great you must become the least

He is the greatest gift mankind through grace has ever reaped

He spent his days and nights connected to God the Father

Kept it real at all times, like him there is no other

Hated by all whom were corrupted by money and worldly power

Accepted his mission fully knowing, He’d die for unworthy followers

I know we’re not worthy to be known as those who follow Christ

But you still wouldn’t trade us, even when Satan tried to change your mind

You endured the pain, the ridicule, and humiliation, a costly price

If it were necessary, you’d do it all again to make everything right

My King, Lord, and Savior, Jesus Christ, thank you once again

For taking those who feel so worthless and becoming their best friend

For giving to the hopeless someone in which they can depend

For showing us, that with a new beginning there comes an even greater end

Please feel free to share with your friends!

Jesus Christ – The truth in an otherwise dishonest world. The light in a darkened world. The life in an otherwise dead creation.

  • Isaiah 53:5 KJV But he was wounded for  our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement  of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.
  • Hebrews 13:8 KJV

Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever.

  • John 3:16-18 KJV For  God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that  whosoever believeth on him should not perish, but have eternal life. For God sent not the Son into the world to judge the world; but that the world should be saved through him. He  that believeth on him is not judged: he that believeth not hath been  judged already, because he hath not believed on the name of the only  begotten Son of God.

Decisions, Decisions, Decisions . . .

“Teach us to number our days, that we may present to You a heart of
wisdom.” – Psalm 90:12 (NAS)

John Wooden, UCLA’s Hall of Fame basketball coach, said: “Too often we
get distracted by what’s outside our control.  The door to the past
has been shut and the key thrown away.  And you can’t do anything
about tomorrow; it is yet to come.  However, tomorrow is determined by
what you do today.  So make today a masterpiece.”

Two ingredients are necessary to do that: sound decision-making
ability and the discipline to follow through.  One is worthless
without the other.  Time is an equal opportunity employer, but how we
treat time is not equal.  For example, give a block of marble to the
average person and you end up with someone standing there with a block
of marble!  But put it into the hands of an expert sculptor and watch
what happens.  First, he decides what it’s capable of becoming.  Next,
he draws a plan.  Then, he practices the disciplines of his craft
until it’s transformed into a masterpiece.  How?  By recognizing and
releasing the potential within it.

Too many of us fail to acknowledge that our lack of success stems from
poor decision-making!  We make choices, experience negative
consequences and keep wondering why we can’t get ahead.  Others know
their choices are not good for them, but make them anyway.  That’s
like an alcoholic who continues to drink or the person who
intentionally engages in one bad relationship after another.  Nobody
said good decisions come easy, but they’re necessary to success.
That’s why David writes, “Teach us to number our days, that we may
present to You a heart of wisdom.”

God’s Timing‏

“Most assuredly, I say to you, unless a grain of wheat falls into the
ground and dies, it remains alone; but if it dies, it produces much
grain.” – John 12:24 (NKJV)

Wheat can’t be planted and harvested in the same season. In order for
it to “produce much grain”, the seed must be buried deep in the ground
where nobody sees it.  There, it undergoes a complete transformation
as it moves through the seasons, being nourished by the soil, the rain
and the sun.  Similarly, God’s purposes for your life can’t be rushed.
You can only carry them, let them develop, and then harvest them
whenever He says it’s time.  Gestation is part of every life cycle.
The only difference here is, you don’t know exactly how or when it’ll
come to life, but deep within you know it will.

When God plants a dream in your heart, He starts preparing you for its
fulfillment.  He strengthens your character.  He deepens your
spiritual roots.  But because we don’t understand His timing, we grow
frustrated and try to rush things.  We operate in 24-hour increments.
God operates in infinity.  It may be weeks, months, or even years from
when you first sense something stirring within you until the time you
actually give birth to it.  (A great example of that is David.  He was
anointed to become king 15 years before he actually took the throne.)

Are you carrying a seed that can’t be harvested right away?  One that
needs to be nurtured and processed before coming to fruition?  If so,
don’t let it die by trying to bring it to birth prematurely.  Instead,
trust God’s timing.  Remember, there’s not one instance in scripture
where He was ever late.  In the meantime, work on preparing your
heart.  How?  By losing those attitudes and relationships that hinder
the development of your seed and the harvest it will ultimately produce.

3. The Key of Discipleship

The Key of Discipleship – Not Follow up!

You may be called to disciple someone. Christians that have started to walk away from the faith or just need help understanding their walk with Christ may be brought to you. Also, if our Lord has given you the opportunity of seeing someone come to Him, then you may be called to disciple this “Babe in Christ.” Discipleship – “Let the teaching, and admonishing one another…” (Colossians 3:16). Discipleship is critical to the growth and strength of the body of Christ. We are called to help each other to “Live the Life!” Let’s go over some keys to discipleship.

  • Discipleship not “Follow-up” – Discipleship is a long term commitment to helping a fellow Christian grow in Christ. The relationship is typically initiated by the new or growing Christian. Follow-up on the other hand is initiated by a mature Christian or evangelist right after a person comes to Christ. It is meant to make sure that a new Christian is going through with his or her new commitment. Often this done after mass crusades where hundreds of people make an emotional or mental commitment to accepting Christ. Many never follow through and join a good, Bible-based, Christ-centered church. We believe that one cause for this lack of true conversion is the absence of using the Law in evangelism.
  • Disciple a new Christian – A new Christian will be hungry for God’s wisdom and for learning about being a Christian. You will not need to find him. He most likely will be lead to you. That does not mean that you cannot offer to help a new Christian. It just means that if he is truly saved then you should not need to chase after him. Here are some steps to follow in setting up a discipleship meeting.
  1. Set up a definite day and time to meet. Show the person that you are committed to his growth and be prepared with material to discuss.
  2. Pray at the beginning and end of each meeting. Learning to be comfortable when praying with someone else is important. Try to keep the prayers short and simple at first. With the Holy Spirit’s help he will quickly pick up speed and will become comfortable in praying with other people.
  3. A new Christian will have many questions. He may be looking for the depth of your knowledge or may be simply very inquisitive. Let him know that you do not know everything and that you will commit to find out answer to his question. Then do it!
  4. Read the Bible with him. This may sound simple but you will find that your time together will go quickly. You may also notice that he will try to avoid reading the Bible by wanting to talk about your church or religious doctrine or someone he knows that is not saved. These topics are important but reserve time to simply read a chapter or two (a good book to start in is book of John). He may not want to read at first. So you read it but make sure to ask questions so that he has an understanding of what was read. Once he is hooked on the milk of the Word he will never let go!

Now, Go make disciples of all nations!

Keys to Witnessing – The Key of Preparation

The Key of Preparation – This key has three parts to it and each are critical.

1. Prayer – You will never save a soul! Only God can call someone to salvation. This is the work of the Holy Spirit, but we need to pray for our part in the process. That would include: someone to witness to, God’s wisdom and words, and the courage to talk to the person. The importance of prayer in witnessing cannot be understated. If you do not bring God into your witness, you will be wasting your time!

2. Fear of Man – When asked why most Christians do not witness, they will tell you it is fear of rejection or looking bad. First, we suggest that if this is an issue with you then you need to get a compassion for the lost. Those poor souls are headed for eternal punishment. The world tells us there is no Hell, or we are already in it. The Bible tells usthat when Jesus comes He will divide the sheep from the goats. The sheep that are blessed by the Father and will go to the Kingdom. The goats on the other hand, that were not righteous and that we are so afraid to talk to, He will say “…Depart from Me, you cursed, into the everlasting fire prepared for the devil and his angels” (Matthew 25:41) This is PUNISHMENT FOR EVER AND EVER! Hell is spoken about or referred to about 400 times in the New Testament. God has made it clear. If you think that it is bold to walk up to someone and speak about the Gospel then we strongly suggest that you need to read the Voices of the Martyrs. You will never feel the same about standing up for your faith in Jesus and His Gospel again.

3. Witness – Never forget that you do not witness… you are a witness! You are called to be His light to this dark world. So you will need to “Live the Life.” The life you live will show non-Christians how Jesus has positively effected your life and they will want the same. On the other hand if you do not live a Godly life it will show. For example: You will never get anywhere with a non-Christian friend that knows you are cheating on your spouse or you will never get anywhere with a non-Christian friend that knows you are stealing/cussing/lying etc.

Reason 7: Christian or Disciple? 7 Reasons Why Every Christian Should Become A Disciple

If you are not becoming a disciple of Jesus, in an environment of solid spiritual growth, you run the risk of being “lukewarm.”

Sure you go through the motions of the Christian faith but at the end of a month or a year, you see little to no growth. Sadly, spiritual passivity will lead to spiritual crisis, church-hopping, and/or personal crisis. The enemy uses snipers to pick off Lone-Ranger Christians. IF YOU ARE NOT GROWING, YOU ARE DYING. Remaining neutral is not an option in a world that is programming our minds to conform to lifestyles of sin. If you are not walking under the influence of the Holy Spirit you will be walking under the influence of your flesh or the “old self.”

” So I say, live by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the sinful nature. For the sinful nature desires what is contrary to the Spirit, and the Spirit what is contrary to the sinful nature. They are in conflict with each other, so that you do not do what you want” (Galatians 5:16-17).

“And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, with whom you were sealed for the day of redemption” (Ephesians 4:30).

” And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds. Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching” (Hebrews 10:24-25).

Reason 6: Christian or Disciple? 7 Reasons Why Every Christian Should Become A Disciple

Becoming a disciple of Jesus opens the door for God’s blessing in this life.

Why would God pour out His blessings on us, if we were disobedient to Him? Surely God’s blessings are His to give, as He chooses, and it only makes sense for God to bless us when we are doing the things He tells us to. While we all love our children more than words can express, if they are disobedient they need discipline, not blessing. God deals with His children in the same way. Disciples are believers who are walking in the will of God, not in their own strength but in the strength that God supplies.

” If you, then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give good gifts to those who ask him!” (Matthew 7:11).

“Endure hardship as discipline; God is treating you as sons. For what son is not disciplined by his father?” (Hebrews 12:7).

” Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power” (Ephesians 6:10).
